There are lots of resources online designed to support Parents/Carers in keeping their children safe online. We have signposted below some of the best examples of these.
Nobody can expect to keep up with every single online trend, new app or latest guidance.
What we can do is work together to teach our young people strategies to keep them safe online, ensure they know who to talk to should they be concerned and have the confidence to report content that makes them feel uncomfortable.
Online safety is an integral part of our curriculum and our staff are trained in how to support young people to keep them safe online.

Callington Community College take e-safety issues very seriously. We have well-defined procedures for dealing with any inappropriate or potentially illegal content on the internet or in College.

The Internet Watch Foundation and the UK Safer Internet Centre have teamed up to produce a website that provides advice and allows reporting in one place for a range of social media websites/apps.
