GCSE SAR Enquiry
Subject Access Request form - to be used by students to make a request for personal information relating to the finalisation of centre assessed grades including associated ranking where appropriate - Summer 2020 GCSE exam session. Evidence could include, but is not limited to, teacher assessment and rank order and the evidence used to make these decisions such as previous results from mock exams/assignments/assessments, records of performance or communications specifically mentioning a individual student's provisional grade or teacher assessment.
This form should be used for comprehensive requests for personal information relating to the award of 2020 GCSE exam grades only.

A Level CAG enquiry
CAG only request form - to be used by students to request the centre assessed grades associated with Summer 2020 A Level exam session. This is your first port of call and should be completed prior to any further requests of appeals
